Bringing 38 years of investment experience and advice, Dan has proven that the goal of wealth management is not only financial success, but also to help his clients achieve a better quality of life. He graduated with a business degree from McMaster University in 1978, which he followed up by also becoming a graduate from the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners. Now, Dan helms a team of financial professionals providing comprehensive planning services to a wide range of clients, including professionals, corporate executives and retirees.
Dan has meticulously handpicked and formed his Gordon Wealth Management team by selecting individuals with strong beliefs and strengths to ensure that all his client’s needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
Dan was born and raised in Grimsby, where he and his wife Quinter raised two young adults. He shares a passion for baseball following many years as a center field national baseball player.
Ed Gravel

With over 44 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 23 years with TD Canada Trust as a Branch Manager and 10 years as an Associate to Senior Investment Advisors, Ed has established great trust with our clients as they navigate their financial landscape.
Ed supports the Gordon Wealth Management advisors with the preparation of financial plans and client portfolio reviews. Through this, Ed helps clients better understand their retirement income projections as well as assists in developing financial strategies for a more comfortable retirement.
Ed graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University in 1971 and is a fully licensed Investment advisor. He also volunteers in his local community, with past positions including Grey Cup Pageant Organizer and treasurer of Masterworks of Oakville Chorus Orchestra. He was also a musician with the Oakville Symphony and Oakville Chamber Orchestra. Ed is married to his wife, Susanne, a piano teacher in Oakville, and dotes on his four grandchildren and two dogs.
Mathew Gordon
With over three years of experience with the Gordon Wealth Management team, Mathew continues in the footsteps of his father of providing the utmost quality in service and care.
Mathew works diligently alongside his colleagues in the preparation of portfolio reviews and the monitoring of client investments. He also works closely with our Business Development Specialists to ensure consistent and conscience maintenance of client accounts. Recently completing the first phase of licencing requirements for investment advisors, Mathew is poised to begin providing the same quality of service through strong communication and integrity as his father.
Mathew attended McMaster University, where he was enrolled in business programs. As an avid sports fan, Mathew has coached bantam basketball for the Grimsby Basketball Association, as well as played AAA basketball for the Grimsby Bears. He’s an enthusiastic fan of the NFL New York Jets.
